Shipping Times & Costs
How long does delivery take?
📚 Books & General Orders
Clean Freak Lab ships within 3 business days of your order — excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery to most mainland US addresses typically takes 7–10 days from the time you place your order under normal conditions.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States via our fulfillment partners. Orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking.
Clean Freak Lab does not ship outside the United States and its territories. We ship to every USPS-reachable address, including:
• All 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska
• Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands (USVI)
• Military APO and FPO addresses
👕 Merch & Print-on-Demand Items
Our merch products are made to order and require 3–7 business days for production before shipping. Merch items ship separately from book orders and may arrive at a different time.
Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from the date of order. Merch orders include tracking.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship for FREE! No minimum order required.
International Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Clean Freak Lab does not ship outside the United States and its territories.
We only ship to every USPS-reachable address in the United States and its territories. That includes:
- All 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- American Samoa
- US Virgin Islands (USVI)
- Military APO and FPO addresses
Because Clean Freak Lab ships orders via USPS — the only carrier that serves military mail — we're able to ship to APO and FPO addresses, reaching active duty service members and their families stationed overseas.
Payment Methods
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and other payment options available at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. We do not store your card details.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and applicable state laws. The amount will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a notification email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status. Automated emails are sometimes filtered, do check your spam or junk folder.
My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?
Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If there's no movement after 5 business days, please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
At Clean Freak Lab, returns are accepted only in cases where an error occurred on our end — such as shipping the wrong item or delivering a damaged book. We're unable to process returns for orders where the wrong title, edition, or author was selected, or where a customer has changed their mind after receiving their order. This policy applies across all orders and is final.
My item(s) are damaged in transit. What should i do?
If your item(s) arrives damaged, please get in touch with us with clear photos of the damage — this is a required part of our claims process. Good photos should show the affected area clearly, whether that's the cover, spine, pages, or packaging. The sooner we receive usable images, the sooner Clean Freak Lab can get things moving for you.
Our policy covers damaged books with either a free replacement shipment or a full refund. This applies when the damage claim is submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Digital vs. Physical Books
Do you sell digital (eBook) versions?
Currently, our store primarily offers physical books. If digital editions are available for specific titles, this will be noted on the product page.
How are physical books packaged?
All books are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit in appropriate protective packaging — typically a padded mailer or cardboard shipping box, depending on the size and weight.

Our team is available Monday to Friday, during standard business hours. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
